These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in any program, course, or service offered by Future Academy ("we," "our," "us").
By enrolling in a program, joining our site, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Participation
Future Academy is designed for teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17.
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to our Code of Conduct (see below).
2. Payments and Refunds
The full program fee must be paid at the time of enrollment.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. However, if your teen can no longer attend, you may transfer the ticket to another teen (ages 13–17) by contacting us at least 48 hours before camp begins.
In the unlikely event that Future Academy cancels a program, a full refund will be provided.
If you have already paid for a Future Academy program and are selected as the winner of one of our public giveaways or competitions, you will receive a full refund of the program fee within 5 business days of the winner announcement.
3. Code of Conduct
To create a positive environment, participants agree to:
Show respect toward instructors, mentors, and fellow participants.
Participate actively and positively in sessions.
Avoid disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the program (videos, guides, worksheets) are owned by Future Academy and are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Participants may not copy, distribute, or sell any materials without our written permission.
5. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be used only to deliver program updates, communicate with you about your enrollment, and provide you with educational materials.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
Future Academy provides educational content for informational purposes only.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from participation in our programs.
Participation is at your own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website.
Continued participation after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
